We currently ship to UK, France, Sweden, Germany and Norway.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping is 3.00GBP Flat fee. You will qualify for free shipping when you spend 30.00GBP or over in a single transaction.
How long will it take for my products to be delivered?
Typically, UK orders will be delivered within 4 working days, for orders placed before 3pm, EUROPE orders will be delivered within 5 working days, for orders placed before 3pm.
Can I return any products that if I am unhappy with them?
Yes, you can. In the unlikely event that a product is damaged, you may return it for a refund within 14 days from the date of purchase. When ordering, please choose your product shades carefully, as we cannot offer refunds for incorrect colour choice. Will you deliver to Post Office box addresses?
Regrettably, we cannot ship to PO box addresses, we can ship to street addresses only.
